1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting a requirement intake, or using the Client Portal, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
2. Use of This Site
This site is provided to share information about Al Mahdi Fast Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s (AftPak) capabilities and to facilitate engagement intake for prospective clients. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with its normal operation.
3. Requirement Intake & Proposals
Information submitted through the requirement intake wizard is a preliminary scoping submission only. It does not constitute a binding order, contract, or Statement of Work. A binding engagement exists only once a formal proposal or Statement of Work has been signed by both parties.
4. Client Portal Access
Client Portal access is provided exclusively to individuals authorized by an engaged client organization. Credentials are personal to the authorized user and must not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the underlying software, is the property of Al Mahdi Fast Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to reproduce or redistribute this content.
6. Confidentiality
Proposals, Statements of Work, project files, and any technical or commercial information exchanged through the Client Portal are confidential and governed by the mutual non-disclosure and confidentiality provisions of the applicable client agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
This website and its preliminary intake tools are provided “as is” for informational and engagement-scoping purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AftPak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Liability arising from an actual engagement is governed exclusively by the applicable signed contract or Statement of Work.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
