1. Overview

Al Mahdi Fast Technologies Pvt. Ltd.(“AftPak,” “we,” “us”) respects the privacy of every visitor, prospective client, and engaged client who interacts with our website and Client Portal. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact details submitted through our inquiry form or requirement intake wizard (name, organization, email, country, and message content).
  • Account and engagement information within the Client Portal (organization profile, project scope, proposal correspondence, and uploaded files).
  • Technical information such as browser type, device, and pages visited, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.

3. Cookies

We use a strictly limited set of cookies. Client Portal and Admin Panel sessions rely on a single essential, functional cookie to keep you signed in — the site cannot authenticate you without it, so it cannot be disabled independently. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Site analytics are collected using a self-hosted, cookieless analytics platform that does not set any cookie or track visitors across sites.

4. How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and evaluate requirement intake submissions.
  • To deliver, support, and improve engagements for existing clients through the Client Portal.
  • To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our systems.
  • To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and export control obligations.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose information only to personnel and subcontractors who require it to deliver contracted work, to comply with a valid legal request from a competent authority, or with your explicit consent. Given the sensitivity of our client base, engagement details are never disclosed publicly without written authorization.

6. Data Security

Information submitted through this site and the Client Portal is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Access to client engagement data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis and governed by the security controls described in our Compliance & Export Control page.

7. Data Retention

Inquiry and intake submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to them. Client Portal data is retained for the duration of the engagement and any period required afterward to meet contractual, audit, or regulatory obligations.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
